Our journey began in the heart of Rome as a family business, where Ikotour was born from a deep-rooted passion for travel. Our founder, raised in a family of travel agents, naturally embraced this love, becoming a Tour Guide and Travel Agency Manager.

Begin by contacting us through our form or via email at contact@ikotour.com, providing as many details as possible to help us understand your travel needs. If desired, we can then arrange a complimentary consultation call to explore your travel profile, discuss preferences, and gather essential trip details such as timing, season, budget, and wishlist. This allows us to craft a destination and itinerary perfectly tailored to you.

ITINERARY PLANNING & CUSTOM PROPOSAL CREATION
We leverage our expertise and creativity to craft a personalized itinerary tailored to you. We assist with services such as airfare, luxury accommodations, private transfers, unique experiences, dining reservations, and special events. Your proposal will be presented via email or app (link), complete with a detailed itinerary, vivid imagery, and all necessary documents. Pricing will be provided per person, with clear inclusions and exclusions. We’ll work closely with you to refine the itinerary until it perfectly matches your vision. Once you’re satisfied, we’ll confirm all services and handle any special requests.

FINAL STEPS & AFTERCARE
About 7-10 days before your trip, you’ll receive your final documents, and your travel companion app will be updated with all the details you need, including pick-up times, spa and dining reservations, a packing list, recommended gratuities, emergency contacts, and flight confirmations. We’ll also activate your flight tracker to keep you informed of any delays or changes.
While you’re traveling, you’ll have 24/7 access to us via the in-app messaging system and other various means of contact.
Before you depart, we personally reach out to our partners to remind them that you are our VIP clients, ensuring you’re well taken care of throughout your journey and even after you return home.
